I help men to be more self aware, manage their emotions, and go beyond their comfort zone so they can be better today than yesterday, even better tomorrow, and more fulfilled.

Self doubt? Self imposed limits? Self sabotaging? Selfish, maybe? You are not alone.

I've suffered from all of these. And I've experienced success, disappointments and failure.

Do you want to be the best version of yourself but don't know where to start? Mindset matters.

I run long distances and help others go beyond their comfort zone too and chase their dreams.

Maybe I can help you?

I'm Graham Carter and helping others to achieve personal breakthroughs and realise their potential is what drives me.

Since 2013 I have challenged myself to achieve big goals outside of work, running ultra marathons to see just how far I can push myself.

This is me with my Grand Slam medal, having completed 4 different 100 mile races in 5 months to complete my biggest running achievement to date. And I couldn't even run 2 laps of the field when I was at school without stopping for a breather!

Running long distances has given me a fresh perspective about challenges and opportunities and this experience enables me to help others go beyond their comfort zone too so they and their companies can achieve great things.

I have over 25 years in teaching, sales, training and coaching roles, including 3 years as a sales coach and 10 years as coach for specialists, managers and leaders.

Testimonials

Graham has been my coach and mentor for the last 15 months... Graham took me under his wing and every 2 weeks we would meet for a mentoring session. When we first started I felt in over my head and overwhelmed, and a little surprised that I had been trusted with my position. Graham coached me through my patch of Imposter Syndrome, building my confidence and courage week by week, guiding me to be the best version of me that I could be. There were many peaks and troughs over the last year. My mental health suffered at times and I’m not sure I would be where I am now if it wasn’t for Graham’s patience and guidance... he has shown me that I can do anything if I put my mind to it.
